These grills make great gifts. The cooking surface is 11"x21", and each grill is made from heavy duty USA Steel, weighing 28 lbs, with a baked-on & polymerized veg. oil coating for easy maintenance. Basically, seasoned in the same way you would cast iron or a Blackstone grill. This coating will protect your grill from rust if maintained. Even if you neglect the grill, the material is so thick that will still receive several years of service. Really good bang for the buck!
